A graduate of Fordham University with a master of business administration, Roger Mullarkey serves as the senior vice president of Colonnade Properties in West Palm Beach, Florida. Roger Mullarkey’s responsibilities span the development, leasing, marketing, construction, and management of the company’s properties. He also handles the creation, execution, and standardization of its proprietary systems and procedures.
Under Mr. Mullarkey’s purview, Colonnade Properties has maintained an outstanding track record of modernizing amenities, beautifying properties, and boosting enjoyment. This has been achieved by employing multiple levels of expertise, engaging design, architectural, and engineering professionals.
With over four decades of experience, Mr. Mullarkey has developed, redeveloped, managed, and leased residential, commercial, and hotel properties across the United States. In 1997, he joined The Taylor Simpson Group, Inc., where he worked in acquisitions and portfolio management. Some years later, he co-founded Colonnade Properties, growing its portfolio to a total valuation of some $1 billion.
In 2022, Roger Mullarkey earned the Sand Dollar Award from the Collier Building Industry Association for the best commercial pool design worth over $1 million.
